Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and administration for office network
  • Maintenance of the office, data center site infrastructure
  • Installation of server, administration of software development in the server.
  • Administration and maintenance of network infrastructure
  • Administration of Office 365 on user desktop/laptop
  • Administration of Cisco switches, firewall
  • Backup of user desktop/server/harddisk
  • VMWare administration
  • Maintain and update documentation of IT systems
  • Ensure network security compliance with IT security requirements
  • Standby for data center (including DR) infrastructure

Requirements:


  • Diploma / Degree in IT, or relevant certification.
  • With 12 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Network Devices (Switch and Router)
  • Knows how to set up/troubleshoot.
  • Knowledge of Servers (Installing of Server Parts, Installing of Server in Server Racks, Setting up of servers)
  • Basic knowledge of firewall for troubleshooting
