    Roles & Responsibilities

    Duty & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new customers and business and expand the company's distribution reach.
    • Engage in market research to develop new accounts with potential customers.
    • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets/ forecast and to project the number of contacts to be made among sales team.
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field visit.
    • Identify sales prospect, prepare presentation and proposals. Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
    • Communicate new product, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field visit to Senior Manager.
    • Conduct presentation and liaising with franchisees for business expansion.
    • Monitor and drive sales growth with existing accounts to ensure overall monthly and yearly budget is met.
    • Provide back-end operational support and coordinate with retail frontline outlet supervisors to ensure operational excellence across the stores
    • Participate and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
    • Coordination between Headquarters' departments and external agencies or stakeholders on projects/activities such as new shop setup, renovation etc.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in business related fields
    • Minimum 3 years of related experience in business development, leasing or franchise role
    • Passionate about retail and operations, has a good eye for detail
    • Added advantage if relevant experience in retail / skincare / beauty industry
    • Flexible approach, with the ability to multitask
    • Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all level
    • A motivated, self-starter who has bags of energy; and plenty of initiative with a positive team-oriented attitude
