Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

Remuneration: 14 days annual leave with a Year-end bonus + VB based on performance.

Only those with Min 3 years of
SPORE Work Experience.

NO Quota for ANY Work pass.

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Helpful personality, positive work attitude and customer oriented
  • Possess good communication skills, analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Windows Server and server virtualisation, or be Microsoft certified
  • Less than 5 years of working experience will be considered for Junior IT Executive role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
  • Provide enduser support and training for hardware and software.
  • Install, configure and provide technical support to workstations, software, communication services, network printing.
  • Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup and disaster recovery sites.
  • Management of software maintenance/updates (window, etc.), virus protection and end point protection.
  • Administer, support, configure and troubleshoot MS Office 365 for end users.
  • Troubleshoot Exchange related issues when alerted by monitoring software.
  • Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development changing user requirements
  • Analyses corporate database, identifies data integrity issues, proposes and implements solutions.
  • Manage vendors to make sure they deliver according to the timeline
  • Provides unique data and reports requested by users
  • Any other IT related duties that is required from time to time.
