    MEP Hard Services Lead - ANZ & ROA

    Work Dynamics

    What this job involves:

  • Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure optimum asset life cycle cost, energy conservation practices etc.
  • Support implementation of CMMS Technology Tool across the locations.
  • Drive strategy for contract and procurement management for technical services including AMC contracts.
  • Standardize engineering practices across the locations.
  • Recommendation for asset retirement and suggest improvements to improve efficiency
  • Drive global initiatives / programs in the region pertaining to engineering services
  • Oversee spend and manage overall budget for engineering service targets.
  • Work with global and regional engineering teams to rollout programs and assist site teams/remote sites for implementation
  • Lead and support the amazon and JLL audits across the sites.
  • Oversee and support sites across Australia & New Zealand and Rest of Asia
  • Operations

  • Standardize Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out the same across the locations.
  • Lead Critical Environment Management (CEM) program implementation for the region
  • contacts with all sites on the facility related issues and maintain the relationship.
  • Create and review Technical Audits for all sites at periodic intervals; the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
  • Plan, coordinate and review all maintenance related schedules and shutdowns in consultation with Clients/ OEMs.
  • Ensure the delivery of seamless service to Clients.
  • Do risk review and plan for Risk Mitigation to the Client operations
  • Management of energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities
  • Performance objectives

  • Manage asset life cycle at optimum cost and plan for replacement
  • Drive implementation of global initiatives, programs and best practices across the region
  • Asset uptime and cost.
  • Data accuracy in the tools.
  • contracts.
  • and adherence to standardize policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks.
  • Reporting:

  • PPM across the locations.
  • Equipment uptime for weekly & monthly reports on M & E, covering the PPM, maintenance contracts, spare parts consumption, Incident reports, Improvement projects etc.
  • Engineering systems audits.

    Key skills ·

    Will have responsibility for the management of a wide range of issues, from strategic Contracts management to program implementation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate the team with in India globally across the account
  • Previous experience on rollout of CMM tolls like Maximo , corrigo and SAP for asset management
  • Accurate asset data management including asset additions and retirements
  • responses to requests for assistance on Facilities Management issues from Client staff and arrangements pertaining to all operating expenditures.
  • Good analytical skills to create reports.
