Job Description:

Overseeing the HR functions, monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives is align with business objectives, statutory requirements, industry standards and practices.
Responsible for recruiting development, predictive strategy, planning and operations for recruiting top talents for the organisation.
Work closely with management & employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Business partnering with HODs/BUs on HR strategies, manpower requirements & advise on HR financial budgetary.
Collaborate with HR recruitment agencies on recruitment & service providers on the implementation of HR systems/processes.
Responsible for benchmarking exercises, understand the local practices to meet new HR challenges/trends. Review organisation's compensation structure & employee benefits to ensure market competitiveness.
Implement a performance based culture & performance management system for recognition and rewards to achieve above target performance and productivity.
Strong in payroll processing & regulations (including preparation, internal controls and payroll taxes).
Partner with functional departments to ensure HR initiatives/L&D are executed well.
Build relationship & communications rapport with all HR related government agencies including the MOM, SNEF, AREU, WDA, Employment and Employability Institutions, CDCs, and training consultants, providers and professional associations.
Ensures successful implementation of eHRMS project & staff training on usage of the system.

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management of equivalent.
Extensive managerial experience in HR.
Excellent computer literacy skills.
Ability to motivate a large team of staff, adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, work in multi ethnic teams and commence immediate employment or within short notice will be an advantage.
