    Job Description

    • Prepare and submit operational reports and commission reports on time.
    • Provide administrative support in submitting claims and leave applications for staff members.
    • Contribute to organizing departmental events and activities.
    • Assist in processing customer orders by printing order forms.
    • Manage the calendar for senior management and departmental events.
    • Support the team in raising purchase requests and purchase orders through SAP.
    • Take minutes during department meetings to ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Coordinate corporate bookings as needed.
    • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the team.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Business or related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
    • Experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Meticulous in details and tasks.
