Job description:
We are seeking an experience and detailed-oriented Project Manager with expertise in renovation and interior design.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential and commercial renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, designers, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project tasks are executed according to plan.
• Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Monitor project expenditures, identify costsaving opportunities, and address budget variances promptly.

3. Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Quality Assurance

• Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and address quality concerns promptly.

5. Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in renovation and interior design projects. (An advantage)
• Strong understanding of construction and renovation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
