Description

• Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
• Prepare and submit CAD drawings to relevant statutory authorities for plan approval
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on architectural matters and ensure the architectural workmanship standards
• Provide technical advice to the architectural designers with regard to building regulations
• Attend meeting with consultants and sub-contractors
• Degree in Architecture / Building
• Minimum 5 years' architecture co-ordination experience in main-con companies and must have construction experience in LTA MRT rail projects
• Good knowledge of architecture specifications & requirements
• Preferably able to start work within a short notice period
