    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Providing of support to Administration Manager

    · Attending and receiving of guests at the reception

    · Meeting room booking and arranging of refreshments where necessary

    · Redirecting of phone calls and enquiries

    · Receiving incoming packages and outgoing deliveries

    · Handling of travel arrangement, access cards and meeting room management

    · Providing of admin support, including dealing with suppliers and mail

    · Assist with presentation slides, compliance documents and daily/monthly reports

    · Supporting on daily BAU tasks

    · Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

    Job Requirements

    · Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

    · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

    · Able to start immediately or within short notice
