Description
Responsible for managing all aspects of coordination works planning/scheduling and technical coordination of all construction works for the project with all agencies, statutory boards, and stakeholders, incl.
Client & SO / Consultants / subcontractors.- Comprehensive understanding of the drawings and specification, phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
- Supervising and leading workers and subcontractors to perform onsite works
- Assisting in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily manhours returns and coordinating in all aspects of site issues
- Keeping record of the daily manpower and productivity
- Monitoring job progress ensuring quality work at the targeted schedule
- Assisting construction manager to plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
- Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at the site
