Sales Analyst - Singapore - KGI SECURITIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

Reporting to the team lead / head, you will work closely with Relationship Managers to assist in client onboarding and support (HNW and Corporates)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting RMs in new accounts onboarding (HNW and Corporates)
• Performing Account Opening checks, including KYC, AML and customer Due Diligence check etc.
• Coordinating with Front/Middle/Back office to provide prompt support service functions for customer problem resolution.
• Liaising directly with the clients to ensure their accounts are set up with complete functionality on the trading platforms.
• Assisting in maintaining the necessary information/documentation properly and in compliance with the rules and regulations.
• Assisting in process review and process re-engineering to improve internal controls and work efficiencies.
• Preparation of monthly reports, i.e. business report, marketing report.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance or equivalent
• Knowledge of or experience in securities and private banking industry will be advantageous
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Positive, meticulous, systematic, assertive, analytical, possess strong problem-solving skills, good oral communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under tight timelines and withstand pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
