Responsibilities:

Manage daily operational aspects of a project and scope, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities so as to ensure timely project completion and adherence to project requirements.
Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, ensure completion of project documents and reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to clients for project effectiveness.
Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis, manage project budget, analyse project bill rates and utilization so as to meet project financial targets.
Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, monitors receivables for project and follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoice to ensure project profitability.
Identify business development and sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project so as to enhance project revenue.
Hold regular status meetings with project team and clients as well as communicate relevant project information to superiors in order to ensure smooth information flow. Set and manage clients' expectations as well as grow longterm relationships with clients in order to identify clients' needs and create business opportunities.

Requirement:

Degree in any Engineering discipline
At least 10 years of relevant working experience and experience in construction of storage tank, tankage and / or piping is required.
Willing to work 5.5 days work week and at the project site.
Able to work under demanding condition during project and as a team and individual independently.
Possess good leadership and organizing abilities.
