Job Scope

  • Chaperone specialist, attend to patients and prepare them for examination as required
  • Manage clinic room setup
  • Perform basic triage (including measuring vital signs, height, weight), taking basic medical history, assist in minor procedures, provide basic patient counselling
  • Maintain patients' medical records
  • Perform clinical and administrative duties including phone enquiries, registration, patient appointment scheduling, booking of referrals/ investigations, billing and coding for insurance claims
  • Sterilisation of medical equipment
  • Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
  • Maintain clinical and service quality
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, patient oriented
  • Good attitude, able to work in fastpaced environment
  • Good teamplayer and ability to work independently
  • Able to commit on longterm basis
  • 5.5 day work week
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
