    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the group's treasury management, ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficient operation of funds.
    2. Develop and implement treasury management strategies, including cash flow forecasting, financing plans, and investment decisions.
    3. Monitor and manage daily cash flows, including collections, payments, and bank reconciliations.
    4. Collaborate with other departments to provide support for budgeting, financial reporting, and tax planning.
    5. Establish and maintain good relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
    6. Analyze financial market trends and provide advice and solutions for fund investment.
    7. Identify and manage risks associated with treasury operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
    8. Regularly report to the senior management team on the status of funds and financial health.
    9. Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
    2. At least 5 years of treasury management experience.
    3. Familiar with financial markets and instruments, with strong financial analysis and market analysis skills.
    4. Proficient in financial planning, risk management, and compliance affairs.
    5. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
    6. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to handle English financial documents and international communications.
    7. CPA, CFA, or related financial certifications are preferred.
