Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Part-Time Driver to join our team for wine delivery to both B2B and B2C customers. The Part-Time Driver will be responsible for safely transporting wines to their destinations between the hours of 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a clean driving record, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate company vehicles to deliver wines to B2B and B2C customers within the specified time window.
2. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of wine orders while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
3. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery times and address any inquiries or concerns related to the delivery.
4. Handle wines with care during loading, transport, and unloading processes to prevent damage or breakage.
5. Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to optimize time management and fuel consumption.
6. Assist with the loading and unloading of wine cases or pallets as necessary, adhering to proper lifting techniques.
7. Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including obtaining customer signatures and documenting any discrepancies or issues.
8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and professional working environment.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a demonstrated history of safe driving practices.
2. Previous experience in delivery driving, particularly in the beverage or wine industry, is preferred but not required.
3. Excellent driving skills with a comprehensive understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
4. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM consistently.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
6. Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects, including cases of wine, as needed during loading and unloading.
7. Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility to ensure the accuracy and integrity of deliveries.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
9. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
10. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening process.
