Responsibilities:


You will join the People Resourcing Centre and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to support hiring for warehousing roles.


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify blue collar staffing needs
  • Perform end to end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Partner government agencies/external parties for hiring initiatives

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma/Degree
  • Entry level to experienced recruiters welcome (multiple positions)
  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Takes initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people
