Description

This is a Japanese Accounting and Tax Firm, mainly supports Japanese companies in their business development in Singapore by providing accounting and taxation services.

Information about the Fund team

Prepares full set of accounts for clients who are in the Finance industry, mainly those in real estate.
Special Purposes Companies set up to invest in real estate in Singapore, Japan and other overseas countries.
Generally involving TK/GK/TMK schemes, derivatives assets.
Reports to clients include usual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cashflow) and NAV reports, MTM reports.

Responsibilities:

Handle full sets of accounts for clients and preparation for monthly financial reporting.
Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
Prepare/Review monthend payments and online banking transactions.
Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
Preparation of XBRL submission.
Compute monthly payroll and yearend remuneration returns (eg.

Form IR8A)

Requirements:

Japanese CPA.
35 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts preferred.
Knowledge/Experience in SPCs an advantage.
Proficiency in Japanese a must to liaise with Japanese speaking clients.
Able to multitask in a fastmoving environment.
Selfmotivated and serious work attitude.
Detailed and customerservice oriented.
A good team player.

Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
