    If so, we invite you to join our team as a Curriculum Developer in Nursing Education.

    In this role, you will work closely with our team of Nursing instructors to develop curricula, assessments, and resources/materials for nursing education programs.

    About the Role

    As a Curriculum Developer, your key responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborating with Nursing instructors to assess and improve curricula for nursing programs, including defining competencies and outcomes of programs
    • Reviewing existing curriculum and applying professional standards in the design and development of teaching materials
    • Researching curricula improvement options
    • Recommending new teaching methods, lessons, and modes of instruction
    • Implementing the curriculum and developing the lesson plan
    • Monitoring teaching practice and providing feedback to faculty to promote ongoing improvements in teaching skills

    What We are Looking For

    We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and experience:

    • At least a Diploma qualification with experience in curriculum development
    • Experience in adult education instructional design and apply adult learning theories in the creation of blended learning solutions
    • Detailed-oriented, demonstrate strong instructional and technical writing skills
    • Ability to translate programs for English speaking and Mandarin speaking communities
    • Good interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with instructors and faculty members on a regular basis
    • Self-motivated, positive-attitude individual including the ability to develop/implement policies and procedures
    • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in the use of Google and Microsoft products
    • Some travelling may be required
    • Able to commit to a 6-months contract

    Estimated Salary

    $80,000 - $100,000 per year
