POSITION PURPOSE:

The Learning & Development activity in the Group is a lever to anchor this culture and promote the values of responsibility and compliance culture, which are part of the BNP Paribas Way.


The L&D Executive will assist the Head of Learning & Development drive local L&D initiatives and strategy for the growth and development of the employees in the SEA region.

The individual will contribute to fresh ideas, new perspective, improved processes and solutions to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of the employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • CPD hours management and reporting for covered persons
  • Training grant administration
  • New Joiners Induction Programme
  • Play an active role to organise induction sessions for the new joiners


  • Training Needs Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and propose learning solutions that align with the organisation's goals and objectives
  • Assist in the coordination of learning and development programs, including scheduling and logistics, participant registration and confirmation, and tracking participation and completion.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations of training statistics to internal key stakeholders


  • Reporting and Audit

  • Monitor and maintain learning & development training records for audit request and statutory reporting, including control reporting and mandatory training reporting


  • L&D Queries

  • Attend to L&D queries and other L&D administrative duties
  • Participate in any other adhoc HR L&D related projects that may arise from time to time

Job Requirements & Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management
  • Experience in Learning & Development would be an advantage
  • Mature, strong interpersonal skills with a flexible, collaborative and teamoriented approach
  • Have strong selfmotivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in data analytics and visualisation skills and familiar with virtual collaborative tools
  • Organized, detailedoriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to handle the logistics aspects of training programmes efficiently
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Able to network and coordinate activities with other teams
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to present data/storytelling in a simple, creative way
  • Experience in conducting learning needs analysis, competency skills gap analysis, training, courseware/curriculum development experience, vendor management and learning management system preferably Cornerstone
