Operations Assistant - Singapore - WERMTECH PTE. LTD.

Description

• Assist in daily operations with the help of 23 staff. Ensure mechanised animal husbandry work is done in good order.
• Have a datadriven approach in animal husbandry and ensuring it's done in accordance with SOP.
• Propose improvements to SOP
• Keep track of production volume to foresee any potential lapse in supply and demand.
• Keep track of orders and update order status within the system.
• Schedule deliveries with couriers through the system.
• Ensure orders are correctly packed and sent out.
• Perform QC on the production of insectbased pet feed and fertiliser.
• Monitor and manage inventory, and request for procurement where necessary.
• Adhoc support in workshops, tours, marketing, content creation
• Have strong product knowledge across all our SKUs.
• Strong sense of responsibility, high standards of quality and expectations.
• Fine workmanship, meticulous and good with delicate handson work.
• Bonus if you have an understanding of the following pets (Ornamental fish, chickens, songbirds, praying mantis, ants)
• Possess a keen eye for forecasting logístical needs and spotting potential hiccups in the supply chain
• Loves insects, sustainability and the community.
