Description
**- Assist clients with their accident reporting- Advise clients on the claims and repair procedure
- Follow up with surveyors and insurance companies to ensure prompt settlement of cases
- To assist with general queries from clients at reception counter
- Follow up on customer's vehicle servicing date
- Data Entry
Job Requirements:
- Efficient in MICROSOFT Word/Excel/claims reporting systems
- Fluent in writing Engilsh & able to communicate with customer.
- Enjoy interacting and helping clients
- Be able to effectively communicate with clients
- Able to multi task
- Minimum 12 years experience in motor car insurance claims processing in motor workshop
- Able to work full day alternate Saturday
- Working hour : 1pm 10pm
