Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Board, Senior Management and key stakeholders on the development of 5-years strategic plan
• This will involve developing and refining strategies, setting key performance indicators and making contributions to budgeting.
• Assist in driving the organisation's corporate planning process.
• Monitor achievements in its strategic plan and corporate scorecard.
• Assist in the engagement and regular reporting
• Monitor industry intelligence for benchmarking purposes.
• Manage Board matters including Board of Governors and their terms of reference, Board member relations, coordination of Board meetings
• Assist in governance oversight over database including setting out policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and protection.
• Assist in compliance and regular reporting on charity governance.
• Assist in other related areas including risk register, Emergency / Business Continuity Planning and other duties as assigned
• Perform and oversee secretariat duties for regular management meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience especially in strategic planning and strategy development.
• Good critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills (i.e. written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of corporate governance
