Description

The Brand Innovation manager will assist the company to plan and shape the culture and processes required for innovation to succeed in the organization, as well as train others on how to get better at it.

The brand innovation manager will also manage to oversee a portfolio of innovation initiatives.

The brand innovation manager will work with internal team, vendors and partners to implement new innovations plans for the company.

Business

Project Management-Manage internal and external projects effectively, this is including but not limited to project planning, resources allocation and project execution for a successful completion of the projects.

To manage timelines, monitors budget, manages contract negotiations with vendors, and obtains/monitors resources for projects

Agility and Innovation

New Project Developments-Drive and manage innovation in development of new ideas, new products or new product platforms through ideation sessions, literature searches and experimentation.

Explore feasibility and new initiatives.

Work closely with go market teams to identify market needs, execute strategies, prioritize projects and develop robust value propositions for news product launches.

Broadening Company Portfolio-Monitor developments and manage contacts with vendors and partners in order to build network useful for our business.

Assess partnerships and connections, recommends collaboration and participate in selection of new portfolio.

Relationships and People

People Management-Work with internal team and overseas team to ensure quality work delivery for new projects and developments and other in-house trials or customers projects.

Communicate with the key stakeholders

Effective at written and verbal communication in Chinese
Prossess critical thinking skills and sound bussiness judgment
Relevant work experience in overseas property market development and China market
Background in Arts and Culture related field.
