RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

Responsibilities:

To assist Resident Engineer in the site supervision of building works with an aim to meet construction progress, schedule and quality standards
To ensure the building structural works are done in accordance to approved plans
To responsible for the coordination of work on site and to ensure construction safety
To conduct inspection to ensure compliance of regulations and requirements
To conversant with BCA regulations and aintain site record, contract documents and meet BCA requirements
All matters on site in relation to the duties & responsibilities of an RTO

Requirements:

Recognized Degree/Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction field, completed at least one project cycle
Registered with IES as Registered Technical officer
Contract period of approx. 30 months project
