- Maintain full sets of accounts for Singapore entities within the Group.
- Prepare monthly closing including manual journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Liaise with customers/suppliers on AR/AP related enquiries regarding invoices, payments and SOA.
- Record and reconcile inter-company transactions between different legal entities within the group, ensuring elimination of inter-company balances during consolidation.
- Work closely with the team to ensure transactions are recorded in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Assist in Finance transformation tasks such as system implementation and process improvements.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, and local government agencies as required.
- Prepare accurate and timely tax submissions.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecast to ensure prudent cash flow management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional certificate such as ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Prior experience in architecture or interior design services firms will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Self-starter, hands on, well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
- A team player who is able to deliver under tight deadlines.
