Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overall project P&L.
• Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring work schedules in accordance to master project Gantt chart.
• Responsible for sourcing and procurement based on Bill of Materials to achieve maximum cost savings.
• Responsible for the completion of projects within specific timeline and meet all clients' quality, environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Responsible for preparation of monthly progress reports, submission of documents for project progressive payment.
• Responsible for coordination with service department in the deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery and equipment.

Requirements:

• min 5 years of experience in project planning and cost management.
• Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent problem solver and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure with high initiative.
