    As a Decarbonization Service Sales Specialist for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for driving decarbonization service / retrofit sales in collaboration with the decarbonization service team.

    Developing proactive sales with vessel owners, consultancies, ship designers, and generating decarbonization service opportunities and securing profitable sales within designated area.


    Reporting to Senior Sales Manager, you will be focusing on installed base penetration (IB) providing technical solutions and selling the entire decarbonization solution portfolio in collaboration with other ABB marine service units.

    This position is based in Singapore.
    Your responsibilities


    Promoting and selling entire decarbonization product portfolio, providing solutions and offerings base on customer's need to expand ABB footprint in the designated areasGenerating new decarbonization sales leads and developing new market opportunities, identifying, and exploring potential new service portfoliosMarketing of ABB decarbonization solutions in trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer seminars and meetings.

    Preparing and delivering technical presentations for both internal and customers on decarbonization solutionsPenetrating IB, promotes decarbonization upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit for customersCollaborating with Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager implementing sales strategy and preparing technical / bidding proposal with the respective product managersCharting out and monitors sales proposals, tenders and follows up proposal statisticsManaging sales administrative processes and contracts negotiation with customers in accordance with ABB priorities and strategiesYour background

    Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineeringMinimum of 3 years of experience in the marine industryExperience in sales, preparation of commercial offering and technical proposalsSkilled in developing technical conceptsSkilled in managing cost, business growth and analyticalDriven and results orientedA collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skillsBenefits
