Job Summary

An outgoing character with a keen sense of learning and work responsibility. Experience in customer service or someone who is able to hold a great conversation with customers. A team player yet able to operate independently, work shifts, handle email enquiries & guest requests, and manage stressful situations with grace.

Job Description

• Handle check-in and check-out of guests
• Handle guest requests and manage reservation platforms
• Assist guests with concierge services if required
• Build rapport with guests and provide personal recommendations from experience
• Help with House-Keeping (Only when required)

Job Requirements

• Team player
• Physically fit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good command of English and another language
• Good knowledge of Singapore (i.e. tourist attractions, getting around, etc.)
