Key Job Scope and Duties:
_

Support Joint Venture set up to streamline policies, procedure, benefits and practices, in order to create identity for the new company which should have a strong identity to enhance business

  • Measure processes and costs with clear definition of roles and responsibilities among 2 companies support expected to run business.
  • Define specific KPIs for each process, cascading them through the HR organization to ensure alignment on delivering 100% while maintaining costs as low as possible
  • Foster innovation and continuous costdriven improvement through people. Create an organization that values and empowers individuals to express innovative behavior, encouraging experimentation and facilitating learning
  • Support on change management and align between both companies culture
  • Qualifications _
As minimum, Diploma holder.

  • Related Experience: _
  • At least
    10 years' experience in Human Resource management.
  • At least
    10 years' experience in Oil and Gas industry
  • Direct working or managing experiences for all HR subfunctions, i.e. Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Head Count budget plan, Management, Training and Development and International Mobility and Immigration
  • Direct experience as a Business Partner in HR
  • Direct experience of business analytics in HR area, KPI and Reports management.
  • Direct Experience for organizational turn around (transformation) in offshore industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Japanese
