Desired Skillsets and Experience
As a Principal Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting and solution lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

You will work with and guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.


Qualifications

Basic

  • MBA from Tier1 B-School
  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • At least 10+ years of experience with IT & Business strategy Consulting.

Skillset Requirements

Hard and Soft Skills

  • At least 10+ years of handson experience in Business Analysis/ Business Process Consulting.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • 10+ years of handson experience in concept to creation of end custom software implementation that includes design thinking of future state, process and experience design, business architecture definition, process automation.
  • 10+ years of experience in requirements definition, elaboration, use case definition, process workflow blueprinting for endtoend solution implementation.
  • 10+ years in working with tech teams, tech solutions and business teams to implement business solutions in both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Solid multidimensional skills such as strong executive presence, client engagement, business development and project management.
  • Strong Knowledge of IT system integration and solution architecture.

Domain and Solution Skills

  • Expertise in International Border Customs IT systems process flow and solution implementation for Multi country Logistics Service Providers including countries in USA, EU & LATAM & APAC regions.
  • Expertise in defining business rules for Border Customs IT systems processes
  • Expertise in Multi modal shipment Requirements definition, Process reengineering, Solution Design, Business Architecture planning & execution business process, IT systems & technology landscape
  • Expertise in Parcel, B2B and Express Shipments IT Systems & business process.
  • Expertise of integrated Intermodal, multimodal, cross border & booking shipment processes, and system integration.
  • Expertise in Logistics & Supply Chain business processes and system landscape for Freight forwarders, Logistic service providers and global retailers
  • Expertise in Shipment Network Optimization, Load, mode & node balancing, Transportation modelling business capabilities
  • Knowledge of legal, human capital and taxing requirements pertaining to international border customs import & export process
  • Proven experience of having worked with client leadership and stakeholders and quickly develop relationships in a matrix organization
  • Ability to understand current/changing business processes, participation in defining requirements and documenting BRDs and drive innovation across process redesign, automation, organization culture and ways of working and modernization of IT technology architecture and infrastructure.
