Description
Based in the WSP Singapore office, the Consultant will work on various digital advisory and technology consulting projects in the built environment.
Specifically, the role will include:
- Support Lead Consultant/Project Manager in the execution of project workstreams
- Capture and analyse user, business and operational requirements to document endtoend business process flow, identifying gaps and address potential risk
- Assist in preparation of reports, sketches, basis of design documents, specifications, and proposals
Qualifications:
- 2 years' postgraduate experience in consultancy environment
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS), Business Analytics or Engineering
Essential skills and knowledge:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, able to present and facilitate meetings & workshops
- Ability to translate user requirements and analysis into technical requirements to meet objectives
- Strong people skills in active listening and building trusting relationships
- Interested in integrating people, digital systems and thoughtleadership into a coherent outcome that achieves the project intent
