We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    You will be involved in providing innovative accounting and financial reporting solutions for our clients in the region. These solutions cover a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, implementation of new accounting or reporting requirements / standards as follow:

  • Technical accounting advisory on new IFRS, US or other GAAP requirements
  • Embedding reporting / accounting changes to the client's systems, models, controls and processes
  • Structuring transactions or financial products
  • Preparing carve out financial statements , alignment of accounting policies and procedures
  • Providing solutions to reporting systems implementation e.g. data specification and preparation of chart of accounts
  • Requirements:

  • Ideally a graduate with accounting or finance qualification
  • At least 3-6 years of relevant experience with an international public accounting firm or financial institution with experience in accounting advisory, statutory audit or financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and communications skills.
