    Roles & Responsibilities

    Providing technical support on customer site to the local team (electronics and other areas)

    • Understanding LASSE products and their use at the customer site
    • Understanding the customer's annealing process issues
    • Understanding the operation of the local customer's plant
    • Helping the customer to remove technological barriers to the process covered by the LASSE tool
    • Communicate the marketing and application information gathered at the customer's site to his/her line management
    • Supporting the presales team where necessary
    • Developing a strong relationship of trust between customer and supplier.
    • Translator for effective technical discussion. Proficiency in French is a must.
