- Understanding LASSE products and their use at the customer site
- Understanding the customer's annealing process issues
- Understanding the operation of the local customer's plant
- Helping the customer to remove technological barriers to the process covered by the LASSE tool
- Communicate the marketing and application information gathered at the customer's site to his/her line management
- Supporting the presales team where necessary
- Developing a strong relationship of trust between customer and supplier.
- Translator for effective technical discussion. Proficiency in French is a must.
