THE ROLE:

Learn and understand the business performance, user experience, three-dimensional monitoring, AIOps intelligent operation and maintenance, IT service management (ITSM), and DevOps during the digital transformation of enterprises and related technology stacks and trends
Gain rich business knowledge and experience, master the pre-sales standard play of customer-centric solutions, create value for customer business, and grow together with customers
Learn and deeply understand the service-oriented scenario-oriented capabilities such as advanced unified monitoring, IT service management, operation and maintenance data collection, indicator system consulting and data governance, massive streaming data throughput, storage service technology with efficient processing and cost balance, data analysis, and business call chain tracking
Excellent customer program presentation ability, and successful cases of independent completion of pre-sales work for large-scale projects
Explore the industry needs and pain points of customers, and design overall program planning and guidance capabilities that meet customers' actual scenarios, and call high to show solutions business value for customer's decision maker
POC solution design for intelligent Operation scenarios based on customer needs, with hands-on ability, execute POC, write POC reports, and report POC business value, highlights and advantages of the solution to customer executives
Rich experience in bidding. Prepare the project objective statement and complete the project bidding work
Submit analysis reports on a regular basis on the industry, market, user needs, competitors, etc.;
Provide tracking of international customer needs and demand realization for the company's international product design and product development

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree / Diploma with 5 to 10 year's solid IT knowledge reserve, and have a global understanding of IT architecture and monitoring and operation system
IT managed services, pre-sales, project management or implementation background of large-scale operation and maintenance projects is preferred
Pre-sales or consulting exp in IT operation and maintenance management software companies in the same industry is preferred
Strong observation and adaptability, high enthusiasm for work, good team spirit, and able to accept short-term business trips
Regional travelling (30% to 40%)
