This role reports to the Director, Planning & Management and has the following responsibilities:
Collaborate with other Group Digital teams to develop and maintain Mega Process management reporting process and publish monthly Ops Performance Dashboard Assist in the Group Digital Governance dashboard & reporting Work with the Data & AI team to develop the Group Digital KPI Dashboards Troubleshoot dashboards and identify gaps in data to support all Group Digital KPI tracking Support the Group Digital integrated planning process
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary education with years of operational and analytical experience. Regional experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively and confidently with stakeholders of mid to senior level Attention to detail mindset and process-oriented A willingness to continually learn and operate beyond comfort zone in a start-up environment
Technical skills:
Advanced Excel Power Query and PowerPoint
PowerBI particularly in DAX
