- Devise framework and subsequent implementation for developing deep engineering expertise in SP PowerGrid
- Develop, update and monitor the requirements to achieve the technical competencies of SP PowerGrid engineering and technical workforce
- Lead and coordinate participation in international engineering conferences, organisations and utilities workgroup with other departments in SP PowerGrid
- Oversee and manage the operational and engineering expert groups
- Champion and oversee knowledge management, including documenting and sharing of important engineering and operational knowledge and experience
- Work with internal stakeholders on the development of the engineering expertise
- Degree in Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
- A team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, responsible and independent in resolving issues
- Relevant experience in Electricity and/or Gas operations would be an advantage
- Software literacy skills in Microsoft office applications and knowledge in setup and maintenance of Sharepoint sites for knowledge management
