The
Pan Pacific Orchard presents the pinnacle of design by award-winning WOHA, located in Singapore's prime district Orchard Road.


The 23-floor destination hotel redefines the city's landscape with four themed open-air terraces of distinctive design concepts - Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud.


Nestled amidst the Forest Terrace is new signature restaurant Mosella, which will introduce a sharing concept of Mediterranean cuisine with a refreshing Peruvian twist.

The Beach errace will bring a resort-like experience to the heart of the city, and above, the Garden Terrace will be home to Florette, the Champagne & Oysters specialty bar.

At the highest levels of the Cloud Terrace, level 18 will house Orchard's highest pillarless ballroom, Claymore Ballroom.

The Role
The

Chef Concierge leads the Concierge and Bell Services team in their day-to-day operations, ensuring that professional and timely service is provided to all guests at all times.


Our Expectations

  • Maintain, monitor and control the use of the luggage room. Ensure proper recording and labelling of all luggages in custodian and transferring them to the guest rooms promptly and in good order.
  • Maintain and control the operations of the Concierge counter.
  • Establish good rapport with all Hotel guests. Resolve any guest feedback/complaints when they arise and expeditiously.
  • Stay updated and monitor all daily departures of guests. Assist with all taxi/private hire transport arrangements, shuttle and limousine services to the airport, when needed.
  • Responsible to ensure all VIP guest stay are immaculately coordinated and liaise and follow through with relevant departments to ensure provision of services and repeat stays.
  • Be in the know and proactively provide information on all hotel services, local places of interest, local offerings and any other information catered to guests' individual requirements and preferences. Assist to make and followup on reservations made on behalf of guests. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local tour operators, restaurants and service providers.
Talent Profile


We are looking for a go-getter who is passionate about guest services and has the demontrated ability to WOW the guests.
