Roles & Responsibilities
The role requires an individual with outgoing personality who strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service, while ensuring procedures and protocols are fully followed.
Job Descriptions
- Ensuring that standards are met at all times.
- Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the outlet.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant front/back of the house.
- Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
- Possess knowledge to upsell, wellversed in all aspects of the menu.
- Support Restaurant Manager in achieving all goals and Key Performance Objective.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year and above of work experience.
- Hardworking, motivated, serious, team playerand passionate about food, beverage and service.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem solver.
- Positive "cando" attitude, motivated, passionate.
