Description

• Location: Hougang (Kovan)
• Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
• Working time: 7.30 to 5.15pm or 8.30 to 6.15pm or 9.30 to 7.15pm
• Salary: $2800 - $3500

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the order taking procedure and support logistics coordination, communicating with suppliers, warehouse, forwarders and the importers (clients) for all export matters.
2. Responsible for completing and ensuring compliance with the full set of regulatory documentation process for international shipments.
3. Arrange packaging and documentation in alignment with specific country requirements.
4. Monitor and update shipment status to the importers (clients).
5. Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records in ERP system in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Process all trade related purchases/invoices/payment documentation.
7. Coordinate and participate in annual stock-take activities.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Logistics or related fields
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in trading or shipping industry
3. Possess good knowledge of full set of export shipping documentation, such as letter of credit.
4. Capability to manage large amount of data, by means of Excel and ERP
