Pulse Hotels is looking for a creative and experienced Singapore based interior designer to join our in-house design team, working on all aspects of the company's hospitality and residential projects.

**Personal Assistant to the Director
**Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

To support Director to focus his time on meaningful priorities.
To liaise with internal and external parties on all company and personal matters.
To assist with personal errands/assignments for the Director as and when required.
Making travel arrangements, preparation and submission of claims.
Scheduling of appointments, maintaining calendar and sending reminders.
Conduct Research and drafting communications, plans and documents Assist in adhoc tasks as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements:

Tertiary education with at least 3 years of working experience as a PA and Business Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
High level of numeracy
Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication ability.
Strong ability to meet changing priorities.
