    Roles & Responsibilities

    Customer Service Officer responsibilities include responding to customer service inquiries, finding appropriate solutions, and updating customer accounts or services.

    Responsibilities

    • Being the first point of contact for our clients/guests, candidate act as the fitness club gatekeeper.
    • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling with an enthusiastic attitude.
    • Work well with fellow customer service officers and Front of House Manager to ensure exceptionally high standard of service is being delivered.
    • To handle cashing duties and account for transactions.
    • Create and maintain good and friendly customer relations with members and guests.
    • Issuance and recording of equipment and items loaned to members and guests.
    • Ensure that the lounge and private room is ready for use when booked and closed after members have vacated the premise.
    • Get members to register for upcoming events / competitions.
    • Oversee and manage the corporate events at the Karaoke Lounge.
    • Positive attitude and team player.
    • Night shift 5PM-3AM
