Description

Looking for a technical professional who plays a crucial role in the sales process of complex technical products or services.

Their primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between the sales team and the engineering or technical teams, providing technical expertise and support to help win new business and retain existing customers.

Role

  • Manage existing customers and develop new customers.
  • Provide presales and aftersales support to customers.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposals from customers.
  • Sales Engineer to be responsible for the sales and marketing of DRAM and flash memory products.
  • Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
  • Carry out cold calls and sales visits to existing and prospective customers.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and new product introductions with customers as and when required.
Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year in a sales position managing key account, able to conduct business development activities
  • Familiar with handling electrical system and component sales
  • Familiar and experience with the equipment automation / machinery building industry
  • Technical knowledge of low voltage electrical components and products
  • Hands on, sales target driven and a good communicator
