Roles & Responsibilities

Our client's principal activities are to provide Clients with Full Turkey Project Management. This includes engineering, project management through the pre-construction planning, critical path development, construction / fabrication / site management, commissioning and hand over. It has executed a wide range of major projects involving Marine FPSO Conversion/Process Module Construction related to Oil and Gas Industry, Sub-Sea Products, Semi-Submersibles, Repair of Oil Rigs, Pharmaceutical Process Packages and Power Generation Facilities since its foundation in 1990. Job Highlights

Responsibilities

· Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager.

· Responsible for Planning, monitoring and controlling of the Projects.

· Responsible for L4 schedule/MP Histogram/S Curves/RDC preparation.

· Responsible for the overall weekly/monthly progress report preparation and ensure that it is delivered to the Client in a timely manner.

· Review, Monitor & Analyze the project progress and KPI on weekly basis.

· Attend Client/internal meeting. Highlight Area of concern, critical path and 2 weeks look ahead plan to the project teams

· Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

· Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

· Develop contingency plans and work with the project team to mitigate risks.

· Evaluate and assess the impact of any changes to the project scope, schedule or resources.

· Work with the project team to implement changes and update project plan accordingly.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· At least 8 years of experience as Planning Engineer with scope of work in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry

· Experience using Primavera software, P6

· Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

· Bilingual in English & Chinese to speak with Chinese speaking shareholders, vendors, workers from PRC.

Job Related Information

Permanent| 5.5 days' work week | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12pm
Head-Office's Location: 45 Gul Rd, Singapore

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Basic Salary: Based on expertise, academic qualification and skills
OT pay entitlement: OT Flat rate S$8/- per hour

Variable Bonuses
14 days Annual Leave and 14 days sick leave
