1.Role Description:
This position reports to the Director. The Coating Technician determines and specifies coating methods materials and quality standards. He/she also plans organises and supervises the maintenance and repair of buildings. He/she works together with the Director and Project Manager to transform design ideas into executable plans.
Specific Responsibilities:
- The Trainee should be able to maximise efficiency and profitability for all assignments and projects through planning and implementing strategies and solutions appropriately
- The Trainee should be able to determine and lay out project specifications
- The Trainee should be able to build relationships with vendors and suppliers to procure nonstock adhoc materials for completion
- The Trainee shall consult on design for a wide range of projects, and work with Director as needed to create and/or modify design parameters.

- Acquiring and procuring the necessary materials for completion
- Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation
- Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel
