    Description

    Responsibilities and DutiesContent and PartnershipCollaborate with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to promote and expand the reach of space-themed STEM programs.

    Organize and conduct competition, workshops, seminars, and events that engage students in hands-on learning experiences related to space science and technology.

    Foster partnerships with government agencies, schools and industry stakeholders to enrich program content and provide unique learning opportunities.

    Create content for programme and activitiesCoordinate with scientists, engineers, and educators to provide authentic and current content for the programs.

    Assess and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to meet educational goals.
    Perform outreach to increase program visibility and participation among diverse and underserved student populations.
    Stay abreast of the latest developments in space science and education technology to continually enhance program offerings.
    Delivery and ExecutionManage program logistics, including scheduling, materials procurement, and budgeting.
    Train and mentor teachers and volunteers on space science content and teaching strategies.


    Budget Management:
    Develop and oversee the programme budget, ensuring that all financial objectives are met and identifying opportunities for cost savings

    Quality Assurance:
    Implement quality control processes to ensure that training content is up-to-date, relevant, and delivered in an engaging and effective manner

    Evaluation and Reporting:
    Design and implement evaluation tools to measure programme effectiveness and learner outcomes. Provide regular reports to senior management on programme progress, challenges, and achievements.

    RequirementsMust HaveBachelor's degree in education, science, engineering, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in STEM education, curriculum development, or program coordination.

    Experience working with K-12 students in an educational settingExperienced with content creation for K12 STEM / SpaceProficient in Microsoft Office and educational technology toolsAwareness of market needs from parents, schools, government agencies, including ministries of educationAwareness of education system in Singapore and in other marketsAbility to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and community members.

    Speaks proficiently in at least one languageCreative thinker with a passion for STEM and educationBonus to havePhD, masters's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong experience with undergraduates, graduates or professional training and educationExperienced with coding and roboticsExperienced with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or Big DataExperienced with space experiments, satellite building, coding and / or launch missionsWorking ConditionsThis position may require occasional evening and weekend hours for events or workshops.

    Some travel to schools and event locations may be necessary.
