    Overview of Division/Department

    The SOF Section is responsible for followings


    • Helpdesk support operation and Field enginner tasks
    • Daily EDP Operations for both head Office Systems and in-house systems, which are handed over by the owner.
    • Back Up Data Control & Back Up Media Librarian
    • Formulate, review, & update internal Policy & Procedure Manual
    • Support representative office related matters
    • Monthly maintenance both branch and HO systems
    • Prepare Internal Operation Procedure in line with head office procedure and local regulations
    • Planning & ID Operation
    • Development UAT environment Management
    • AOTD support

    Job Responsibilities
    1. Responsible to assist Operation Planning & Administration Sub Team in System Operation Team.

    • Responsible to manage Operation Planning & Administration Sub Team tasks and User ID Administration as a Team Member.
    • Responsible to provide support to perform and check daily/weekly/monthly/yearly tasks to Operation Planning & Administration Sub Team.
    • Responsible to report the details of incident and status to superior on time without delay in case of unexpected result of system operation planning and administration task, and also perform troubleshooting in systems and report the status to superiors on time without delay.
    • Responsible to perform all self-check related to Operation Planning & Administration Sub Team.
    • To assist projects as project member by supporting in operation test related to ID management work and propose alternative solution to superior immediately or in case any delay (including possible delay) or problem in a project task is discovered.
    • To support project from other team/section/department as instructed by superior.
    • To perform any ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superior.
    • To support superior to maintain IOP related for System Operation to be compliant with MHBK policy.
    • Assist superior in the day-to-day management in the Operation Planning & Administration Sub Team.
    Job Requirements

    What you should have:

    • A Bachelor's Degree and positive thinking.
    • Good international communication skill.
    • Experience of IT Helpdesk.
    • Good problem-solving skills.
    • Business-level proficiency in English as you are required to communicate, read and understand as well as respond and present to management and Japan (Head office). This includes system discussions, Q&A meetings, status update meetings and writing reports to management etc.
