Quality Assurance Executive

Our client is a service provider for healthcare sectors. They are currently seeking for Quality Assurance Executive to perform required quality inspection.

The role of the Quality Assurance Executive includes:

• To assist the Managers on matters related to quality assurance and material development of Personal & General Equipment.
• To evaluate tenders and quotations for Personal & General Equipment.
• To craft and update technical specifications for Personal & General Equipment.
• To investigate and solve Personal & General Equipment quality issues.
• To handle and resolve customer complaints on Personal & General Equipment quality issues.
• To carry out on-site quality inspection of Personal & General Equipment at local and overseas production factories.
• To inspect incoming Personal & General Equipment deliveries and supervise the Quality Inspectors (QAIs) on their day-to-day work.
• To work with other departments on the management of Personal & General Equipment quality issues.
• To liaise with other departments & customers on technical matters.
• To conduct market technology watch on the latest trends / developments for PE & GE and carry out development of PE & GE for implementation.
• To carry out tasks as and when assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent).
• Able to interpret technical specifications, product brochures, test reports and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical, customer relations and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to travel overseas for work assignments for up to a week at least 6 times a year and work on Saturdays or Sundays occasionally.
