Undertake detailed design in Geotechnical field for different nature of projectsDevelop design concepts and construction methodologies and provide leadership in sectional project executionTo liaise with Client, Client's Consultants, Contractor, and Local Authorities to obtain design approvalAssist Division Head in maintaining high quality standards of design and constructionAssist Division Head in the management of division employeesResponsible to participate and support the Company's SHEQ within their scope of dutiesJob Requirements

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Civil and/or Geotechnical Engineering (with appropriate experience)Competent in Plaxis 2D and 3D (preferred), Eurocodes and familiar with LTA and BCA standardsMinimum 3 years relevant geotechnical design experience in deep excavations, tunnelling and project management gained within a technical consultancyExperience in pile design, temporary works (ERSS), ground models, groundwater control, instrumentation and monitoring, and construction supervisionExperience in working collaboratively in seamless teams to build consensus and confident and willing to interface with other discipline leadsProven track record in large scale geotechnical and underground engineering design and construction projects and able to clearly communicate designs to other professionalsWSP USA (and all of its US companies) is an Equal Opportunity Employer Race/Age/Color/Religion/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National Origin/Disability or Protected Veteran Status.
