    Description
    Sincere Healthcare Group is seeking for a Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic clinical team in Singapore. We welcome candidates without experience who are passionate about joining the healthcare industry to apply.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPatient Fronting Responsibilities
    • Register and schedule appointments for patients.
    • Answer inquiries from patients.
    • Handle incoming calls.
    • Prepare case notes and other required forms.
    • Coordinate and liaise with international patients for administrative matters.
    Claims/Billing Responsibilities
    • Coordinate and liaise with corporate insurance providers
    • Perform e-filling for Medisave and insurance claims
    • Raising of invoices and collection of payments
    Other Clinical Responsibilities
    • Ensure the clinic facility is in good order.
    • Upkeep the pharmacy – order drugs and manage inventory.
    • Rotate to other clinics within the Company or Sincere Healthcare Group
    • Undertake such other duties as may be assigned.
    Job Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level in Others or equivalent
    • Experience in performing medisave and insurance claims
    • Good IT skills.
    • Ability to speak mandarin will be an advantage.
    • Experience in communicating and coordinating with international patients.
    • Experience working in the healthcare industry will be advantageous.

    Working Hours
    • Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
    • Saturday - 8.30am to 12.30pm
