Warehouse Assistant Manager - Packaging & Warehouse Operation [3770]

• Working Day: Mon to Fri
• Working Hours: 8:15am -5:45pm
• Working Location: Pioneer Crescent
• Salary: $3000 - $3800

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth daily packaging operations especially the efficient running of the automatic machines.
• Awareness of month-to-month sales and packaging targets.
• Understanding of staffs' attendance and capabilities for role distributions.
• Initiative in providing support wherever necessary.
• Manage customers' requirement, ensure high level of service & customer satisfaction.
• Improve & develop new process in the area of packaging operation as well as warehouse management using automatic equipment.
• Defines roles, responsibilities and plans for the department's future needs.
• Works collaboratively with other departmental staff including HQ to assure operational effectiveness, adherence to policies and procedures.
• Supervise, develop and counsel staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Optimize utilization of warehouse space & manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities.
• Set up SOPs to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements.
• Manage & oversee administrative functions to ensure that all paperwork is processed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, professional & safe work environment; ensuring that all packaging & warehouse equipment are properly maintained & are in safe working condition.
• Perform any other tasks assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma/ Degree in Global Supply Chain/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in packaging, auto packaging equipment, budgeting, costing, warehousing and SAP knowledge.
• Excel knowledge is an advantage.
